Too busy.  Primarily from the unbelievable increase in spyware and viruses.  Personally, I think it is a massive failure of our legislators too allow unscrupulous, parasitic companies like whenu to destroy peoples computers.  If it can take me several hours to clean a PC of their nasty thiefware, how can the average mom and pop have a chance to?  Thiefware companies, your day is coming.  Better get it while you can.  BTW, we now block all spyware hits coming from our site, so even if someone gets it on their PC it will not be able to send data back home, period. Apparently the proxy does not handle reqests from anywhere inside our domain as long as names and not ip addresses are used.. Setup Laserarc to backup properly as it had a problem in the config file.  Definately more time consuming than setting up a job in Backup Exec. After arguing with the customer service rep for 15 minutes he finally allowed me to download a copy of it..apparently since a copy was sent to Melissa in purchasing, they feel their obligation to us was complete (she did not have it).
